When do I pay?+

You pay in two stages: a small reservation fee (from AED 3,000) to lock in the car and initiate sourcing, then the remaining balance before delivery. For rentals and exports, payment is upfront in full.

What if you can't source the car?+

If for any reason we cannot source the car you ordered, your reservation fee is fully refunded within 3-5 business days. No questions asked.

How long does it take?+

For locally available cars: 3-5 days. For US auction sourcing: 6-8 weeks (shipping + inspection). We always give you a clear timeline before you pay.

What's included in the pre-delivery inspection?+

Every car undergoes a 100-point DCH inspection covering engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, body condition, and more. You receive a full inspection report.

How does real-time tracking work?+

Your dashboard shows a 7-step progress tracker. At each stage, our team posts updates and photos. You also receive WhatsApp and email notifications automatically.

Can I visit the repair workshop?+

Yes! With admin approval, we can arrange a workshop visit to inspect your car during the repair phase. Contact support to arrange.

What payment methods are accepted?+

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (installments), Tamara, and bank transfer (UAE and international).

Is financing available?+

Yes, we partner with UAE banks for auto financing options. Contact our team to discuss financing eligibility and rates.
